Jmol/JSmol Community

This community has interest in combining Folding@Home with Jmol. There are a few results:

  • Jmol can read FAH XYZ files.
  • Jmol maintains a webpage with live models of the FAH projects.
  • Jmol has a FAH Team (#44383). Support Jmol by joining up with our team. The official stats can be viewed here, or here, or you can also view the EOC Stats which are more detailed.
  • FahMon, a monitoring tool for Folding@Home, provides a direct link to the Jmol webpage to display the protein currently processed.
