We are long time Chime users, and have developed many web pages in the field of organic chemistry. Currently we are rewriting those pages with the Jmol applet included.
Features include animations of reactions and of conformational changes, based on multi-frame xyz-files. These animations are often connected to an animated and clickable energy plot and a text line showing pertinent data.
We use Perl scripts to generate the HTML/javascript pages. This is illustrated on an interactive Molecular Editor and Mopac interface.
