I found this through a link on one of the few editor's userpages existing on Folding@Home. This seems like a great compliment. How to do detailed 3d variable shapes with Java has always fascinated me. I've got experience with Java, but the only complex variable shape thing I remember was going crazy with Turing when I was 15, I'd like to do that kind of thing again!
